Our new indoor pool is small and nice for the cold winter months!

Regeneration in the saunas

In our saunas, newly built in autumn 2023, you can enjoy a relaxing break from everyday life. The warmth of our Finnish sauna relaxes body and mind. The immune system is strengthened, and the heart and circulation are stimulated. And in the bio-sauna you can enjoy a pleasant sauna at a temperature of 45 to 60 degrees. Recharge your batteries by sweating pleasantly and then take a cold shower!

Relaxation for the body, mind and soul

The pleasant dry heat in the infrared cabin relaxes the muscles. A feeling of well-being that lasts for a long time! And in our steam sauna the skin is cleansed. Steam relaxes. Steam removes our toxins, reduces stress and lets the muscles relax quickly. Steam helps us lose weight, cleanses the respiratory tract and reduces high blood pressure.
