From the Mediterranean to the Alps, a culinary journey

Under the expert guidance of host Alexander, our chefs will lead you into a world of taste rich in mountain flavours and Mediterranean accents. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes like speck or cheese dumplings share the menu with delicious Italian pasta, aromatic apple strudel and other irresistible surprises.

Goat’s cheese from the neighbour

We prepare our dishes using fresh, locally-grown ingredients – preferably from our neighbouring farms. Taste the intensely aromatic homemade goat’s cheese from the Kaserhof organic farm next to our hotel and enjoy its aromatic and light taste!

5-course choice menu or à la carte in the evening?

Both our house guests and our restaurant visitors have a choice: In the evening, you can choose between our 5-course menu or, at certain times of the year, à la carte. If you suffer from food intolerances, please let us know: We always have lactose- or gluten-free dishes on our menu. We are happy to satisfy any other requests.
