5-course choice menu in the evening & à la carte

When booking a room with half-board at Hotel Fernblick, you will be spoilt for choice to put together a delicious menu from our 5-course choice menu. Of course, our valued guests who have booked a room with breakfast also can enjoy our 5-course dinner! In some periods of the year, we additionally offer regional seasonal delicacies à la carte.

On arrival you will receive the BrixenCard as a gift from us! With this guest card you receive many benefits and discounts, including the use of all public transport (bus and train) within South Tyrol and free admission to all museums within the country.

Pets

Your four-legged family member may also stay with us at Fernblick, but not in all categories of our rooms! We charge € 12.00 per day (without food). Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet. Out of consideration for our other guests, animals may not be taken into the dining rooms. Thank you for your understanding!

Parking spaces for vehicles, motorbikes and bicycles

Free covered hotel parking spaces are available for your vehicle. Bicycles and motorbikes can be safely parked in our hotel garage.

Children up to 14 years of age are entitled to discounts, which are staggered.
A local tax of € 3.10 per person is also charged from the age of 14; this is not included in the room rate and is listed separately.

Panorama pools in the outdoor area & saunas

Our heated panorama pool in the outdoor area by the green sunbathing lawn is freely accessible for you during the summer months. And if it's too cold outside, the pleasantly heated indoor pool awaits you! You can also use our Finnish sauna and biosauna as well as the steam and infrared cabin free of charge from the afternoon hours, as well as enjoy the view of the town of Brixen from the whirlpool. Bathrobe and towels are available in the sauna area.

For your environmentally friendly vehicle, we provide an e-charging station that is subject to a fee.

Advance deposit

We welcome written reservations via e-mail to info@fernblick.com.

The reservation becomes valid as soon as you provide us with your credit card details as security or transfer a deposit of 30.00 % of the overnight price.

Please state your name and the length of stay as the reason for the transfer.

Payment

Please pay directly by checking out.

We prefer your cash payment, VISA and EC cards are also very welcome.

In case of early departure (except high season), 50% will be charged for the remaining days.

Check-in & check-out

Your rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. Of course you can also arrive earlier, perhaps we can make your room available to you even earlier.
If you are arriving late or at night, we would be pleased to hear from you.
If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the train station in Brixen. Please understand that we charge you 25,00 € for the journey.

On the day of departure, we ask you to kindly vacate your room by 10 a.m. Subject to availability, late check-out arrangements can be agreed upon.

Cancellation policy

Dear Guest,

please understand that we have to charge cancellation fees for changes to the booking at short notice. Below we list these in more detail:

Cancellation up to 15 days before departure:
No fees are charged
Cancellation up to 14 days before departure:
You pay 50% of the booking price
Cancellation at the day of arrival or in case of no show:
You pay 100% of the booking price, i.e. you pay the whole amount

Travel cancellation insurance

We highly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any cancellation fees. Click here to insure your holiday.
