Winter Fairy Tales on the Plose

In winter we recommend that you visit the slopes and downhill runs of the PLOSE mountain - 2517 m above sea level and sure of snow until April - by ski bus from the Fernblick Guesthouse.

When you’ve listened to the Plose, it’s easy to write your own personal winter’s tale about the city and mountain. And when winter tales come true, they are usually the best that there are.

10 lifts, the fully-automatic gondola from St. Andrä (1070 m) to the Kreuztal Valley (2045 m), three-seater chairlifts, a two-seater chairlift, a single chairlift and four ski lifts of which one is for beginners at the St. Andrä valley station make it easy to access the wonderful ski resort (up to 2500 m) with 40 km of well-tended slopes.
